This policy explains how Vanterra Digital Ventures Inc. ("Vanterra", "we", "us") handles information through this website and through our software applications, including our email-management application that connects to Gmail.
This website does not use advertising trackers, does not offer accounts and does not collect personal information through forms. Our hosting provider may process standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and request time, to deliver and secure the site. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.
Our email-management application accesses Gmail only for Google accounts whose owners have explicitly authorized it through Google's consent screen. It requests the Gmail "modify" permission so it can:
The application never permanently deletes messages and never sends email. Classification runs on software and models operating on our own hardware. We do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Records of actions taken, such as which messages were labeled or moved to Trash, are kept on our own systems only as long as needed to operate and audit the application.
Vanterra's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke the application's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account's security settings under third-party access. You may also email us to ask about or request deletion of any data we hold about you.
We use access credentials limited to the permissions each task requires, store them on our own systems, and log the actions our software takes.
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with its effective date.
